Beautifully kept and good value hotel located next to the cafe, and even a waterfall. Well-appointed and brand-new unit with a bath. Stunning location, healthy and nice hot breakfast at a good rate.

I found the staff friendly and the food very good the therapists whilst obviously working to a time line didn't make me feel rushed while having my treatments , facilities were clean and in good repair
The standard room I was in whilst clean was shabby the bathroom wasn't gr8 and I had to share it with 2 spiders and their friends just above me whenever I showered, also booking with you , you don't mention that you will be charged an xtra 24 95 per day to stay there during the day even though I had treatments booked ! Where else was I going to go in between ! You should mention this in the future .

The hydrotherapy pool was very nice, while dinner reservations were frustratingly uncommunicated.

The gym facilities offer a range of classes that are both energetic and fun. The gardens are lovely and well-maintained.
Navigating from the car park to reception is confusing due to the lack of signage. The room had an outdated bathroom with broken tap handles, and the TV didn't work. The breakfast options felt subpar, with cheap-tasting sausages and tinned fruit. I found it frustrating that there was no flexibility regarding bag checks prior to check-in, and the rooms lacked basic items like caffeinated coffee. Lastly, during a busy checkout, I noticed a long delay due to issues with spa customers.

We were just staying for one night for b & b
It probably had marvellous spa facilities but the room was primitive - like a hospital room. Carpets worn. Tv rather dated, bathroom small. Similar to a Premier Lodge rather than a £300 per night accommodation. Welcome poor - staff member seemed indifferent.

Location
Arrived at 7.45pm and restuart shutting also no room service also shut at 8pm as a business traveller wanted a meal , would not stay here again. Staff very unhelpful almost at if they are doing you a favour being there.

The double room was comfortable, and the facilities were spot on, especially the luxurious thalassotherapy pool. I loved the warm atmosphere and attentive staff. The serene spa environment was just what i needed to unwind!

The food was good eventhough it was only all healthy food. The room was clean and a decent size and the grounds were nice surrounding it.
I booked a double room but there was only a twin room for us when we arrived, the reception said they would send house keeping round to change it. I waited 20 minutes after a very long day and drive and called up again to ask where were they, and she said there was no answer, not helpful to us. It spoilt my 40th birthday and 16th anniversary, I was not happy. They blamed Booked.net and vice versa, meanwhile I am the one that is done over.

Not an ideal hotel for a single business traveller, I think I was the only person in breakfast not in a dressing gown! Still, nice enough hotel with good facilities.
Ended up having to go out for food as the last sitting in the restaurant is 20.30! No internet in the rooms.

The jacuzzi and pool were relaxing and soothing.
The short time given to fit in treatments before incurring extra charges.
